Booking questions
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend at least 1 to 2 weeks ahead, especially for weekends. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible, so call us to check.
Do I need to pay anything upfront to enquire?
No. Submitting this form is just an enquiry. We will confirm availability first, then sort out payment details with you directly.
What if it rains on my event day?
If conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your booking to another date at no extra cost. Light rain is usually fine with supervision.
What do I need at the delivery location?
A flat, clear area of about 5m x 5m (depending on the castle), access to a standard power point within 25 metres, and at least 1 metre clearance on all sides.
